Award-winning photojournalist Shawn Dennison is D-PRO Video’s owner and Director of Photography. Shawn has more than thirty years of broadcast, commercial and corporate video experience. He is also a Federal Aviation Administration licensed drone pilot.
Shawn is the recipient of numerous regional Emmy and Telly awards. He’s been honored by the National Press Photographers Association and the Associated Press for excellence in videography and editing.
As videographer for the San Diego Zoo, Shawn traveled the globe photographing rare and exotic animals and documenting conservation efforts for endangered species. His work appeared on a number of popular shows, including Animal Planet, National Geographic Today, PBS, the Early Show on CBS, and the Endangered Species Report on ABC News.
Today, Shawn creates and produces premier multimedia projects for a wide variety of corporate and non-profit clients.
